At Worn Wear, we stand behind the quality of our used gear and offer returns within 30 days of purchase if the item does not meet your expectations. Please note that all returns must be in the same condition as received and are subject to a flat shipping fee.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided; a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original Worn Wear tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
